Michelle is the Operations Coordinator/Senior Administrator.  She has vast experience working in legal teams and acknowledges the advantages of a collaborative approach to many of the problems posed by legal firms. She retains an enthusiasm and passion for her work notwithstanding the constraints felt by legal aid practitioners in recent years.

She has a no-nonsense approach to organising a firm and continues to relish the cut and thrust of challenging times.
